Larry Woods is an Executive Vice President and licensed insurance
agent at First Insurance & Investments. Larry has been in the
insurance industry for 32 years and specializes in property,
casualty, health and life insurance. He also manages the property &
casualty department at First Insurance & Investments.

Larry received his Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky
University. He is a member of St. John United Church of Christ,
Defiance Rotary Club, board member at the Defiance Area YMCA and
Auglaize Golf Club. Larry is a former board member of the Defiance
College Purple and Gold Club, Defiance Area Foundation, Defiance
Hospital Foundation, Kettenring Country Club and Defiance Chamber of
Commerce.

Larry resides in Defiance with his wife Dixie and two children,
Carley and Cole. In his free time, Larry enjoys spending time with
his family, coaching, playing golf, and grilling outdoors. If you
